September 21, 2023 — Media Leader (France) — According to the global barometer of media agencies “New Business Barometer (NBB) for H1 2023” published by COMvergence for the first half of 2023, Wavemaker (GroupM-WPP) came first among media agency networks in terms of new business results — total new business value of +$1.2B, including $818M due to the gain in the media budget of Huawei China ($315M) and Adobe US ($140M), among others.
